[Ipmitool-devel] ipmiutil error message

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to a BMC on an Oracle board and I get the following message:

C:\TEMP>ipmiutil lan -N 192.168.1.101 -U@@@@@ -P########
ipmiutil ver 2.32
pefconfig ver 2.32
Opening lan connection to node 192.168.1.101 ...
Connected to node 192.168.1.101
pong timeout, after bind complete
ipmilan_open_session error, rv = -3
ipmilan BMC receive failed
ipmi_open error = -3
pefconfig, error -1

If anyone could explain this it would be greatly appreciated.

This is the ipmitool developer alias and your question is related to
usage of ipmiutil.
