[Ipmitool-devel] Release of ipmitool 1.8.15RC1 is here

I've released ipmitool version 1.8.15RC1, please take some time to check
it out and do some testing.

Details about what has changed since 1.8.14 can be found on the ipmitool

For those who just want to grab the release here is a link to the download
directory:

Please report any problems you might find as ipmitool bugs.

I'm going to cut the final release of 1.8.15 on Nov 10 unless there are
issues uncovered before the 10th. then.

Seems these news are missing. There is no 1.8.14 news and no 1.8.15rc1 there.
