Attached find a four patch series which respectively:
1. Brings in the Calxeda OEM code and ID,
2. Resolves the previously expressed issues with our use of strtol,
3. Cleans outour usage of inline symbol defs intoa header file and
4. Does a whitespace cleanup

The previously expressed issues with our use of lan paramcodes over 192
seem to belegacychanges upon which we no longer depend so I do not
include them or propose a structural fix for dealing with OEM lan
parameters.

Lemme know if you find any fault with these patches,

Reid

Hello Reid,

welcome to Enterprise. It's pretty much every man for himself here, sad to say.
Anyway, I didn't look at the v2. Mostly because I didn't and don't
have time to spare, partly because it won't make it into 1.8.13,
therefore it's not priority(despite I understand it's priority for
you, guys). I've attached those diffs to the
ticket(https://sourceforge.net/p/ipmitool/feature-requests/27/),
because to send something to mailing-list it's like it has never
existed. Nobody will track it here and it will be forgotten over the
time.

Best regards,
Z.
