[Ipmitool-devel] Code Review - 'lib/ipmi_sel.c' - changes to ipmi_sel_interpret()

Hello all,

attached is a diff of changes to ipmi_sel_interpret() in
'lib/ipmi_sel.c'. Intention is to kill way-too-deep level of
indentation and the code in question less blunt. Code being blunt
seems to be reason for so many levels of indentation.

Please, somebody go over changes, so I can move on to further changes
required to this function, namely handling of those strtol() calls.
